My camera has broken. It has seen it's last sunset, it has given up the ghost.
It has a lens error - it can't decide if it's Lens Error 22 or Lens Error 14, but either way the lens no longer shuts, and the camera no longer functions. I miss it terribly already. That camera has been through so much with me. Years of pictures and trials and tribulations. *sigh*

Because of this, my parents decided to give me my Christmas present early. It's such a big present, I'm really surprised. It's a Fujifilm Finepix S1500. I have deemed it the Chunky Beast, but I'm in love with it already. I hope it will be a great camera, and a worthy...not replacement exactly, but...sibling? Since I won't be tossing my old camera. It's too precious for that.

I guess you should expect some new things soon, as I try out and adjust to the Chunky Beast. :3
